Q: What format are the images?

A: All images are JPEGS however sometimes i may be shooting RAW aswell.

Q: How long does it take before the photos are on the website?

A: This can vary between 2 to 30 days depending on internet speed and access, obviously if im shooting somewhere remote i will upload the images onto the site once i get somewhere with good internet access or when i return to bali

Q: Are the photos resized when uploaded onto the website?

A: No, all stock photos are the originals. Not resized and not touched up.

Q: What is the process of purchasing a photo and how long does it take?

A: It takes around 15-25 mins for the transaction to take place, once its confirmed you will receive an email with a link allowing you to download the image.

Q: What are the ways in which i can pay?

A: At this moment we only accept paypal or debit card.

Q: How long does it take to download an image?

A: This depends mainly on your internet connection but it should not take longer than 5 minutes.

Q: Do you sell different sized prints as apose to just the image file?

A: At the moment we only sell the image file, however were hoping to soon sell various different print sizes.
